An immersive, technology-enabled wellbeing ecosystem for
ABCL employees — powered by JUMP and Spontaa.
The question is no longer whether to invest in employee wellbeing — but how to do it in a way that is engaging, measurable and sustainable.
Preventive, personalised, experience-driven and tech-enabled.
Recovery, movement, nutrition, sleep, mind and longevity — one integrated journey.
Employees engage with what they feel, not what they're told.
ABCL is uniquely positioned to lead this evolution. With more than 68,000 employees, operations spanning multiple financial services businesses and a demonstrated commitment to wellbeing, ABCL possesses both the scale and organisational capability to establish a new benchmark for corporate wellness in India.
The existing ABCL digital wellness ecosystem creates opportunities to extend engagement beyond a single event through ongoing communication, challenges, education and preventive health initiatives.
This proposal aligns not only with ABCL employee wellbeing but also with ABCL organisational culture, innovation and long-term workforce development.
The Corporate Wellness Carnival introduces a new model of workplace wellbeing within the Indian corporate landscape, specifically designed for the ABCL workforce. Unlike traditional health camps, it combines recovery science, preventive healthcare, advanced diagnostics, movement, nutrition, digital engagement and community participation into one integrated employee experience.
More importantly, it establishes the foundation for a scalable ABCL wellbeing platform capable of evolving across multiple ABCL offices and business units.
The inaugural ABCL event is not the destination. It is the starting point. A successful pilot can evolve into a structured ABCL programme of quarterly activations, annual wellbeing festivals, digital engagement campaigns, executive health initiatives and preventive healthcare programmes embedded within the culture of ABCL.
The long-term ambition extends well beyond a single day of activities. Our vision is to help ABCL create an ecosystem where wellbeing is woven into the everyday ABCL employee experience.
ABCL employees would have access to ongoing education, preventive diagnostics, recovery experiences, movement programmes, nutrition initiatives and digital engagement throughout the year.
In this model, the Wellness Carnival serves as the catalyst for a broader ABCL cultural transformation — the visible expression of ABCL's commitment to creating healthier, happier and more resilient workplaces.
"Leadership is not only about building successful businesses — it is about building environments where people can thrive."
For more than a century, the Aditya Birla Group and ABCL have been recognised as leaders in their respective fields, built on entrepreneurship, innovation, integrity and nation-building. As the financial services arm of the Group, ABCL carries this legacy into a people-first future — where employee wellbeing, resilience and human potential become strategic priorities for the organisation.
Every ABCL innovation, customer relationship, process and strategic decision depends on the health, engagement and performance of its employees. ABCL's continued investment in employee wellbeing reflects an understanding that sustainable success is linked to the wellbeing of its workforce. This initiative aligns naturally with ABCL's philosophy of creating value for shareholders, employees, communities and society.
With more than 68,000 ABCL employees across multiple business lines and key offices, ABCL has the scale to create meaningful change. This presents an opportunity not just to organise a successful event for ABCL employees, but to establish a wellbeing platform that can be extended across the broader Aditya Birla Group ecosystem.
Innovation is not limited to products or technology — it also applies to leadership, employee experience and culture. The proposed Carnival for ABCL combines preventive healthcare, recovery science, functional movement, advanced diagnostics, nutrition, digital engagement and experiential learning into one integrated experience. Rather than another wellness programme, it redefines how wellbeing is experienced within the ABCL workplace.
Corporate wellness in India is evolving rapidly. Many organisations still rely on traditional formats such as health talks, annual medical camps or isolated fitness initiatives. ABCL has the opportunity to become an early adopter of a comprehensive workplace wellbeing platform that combines science, technology and experience — influencing not only ABCL employees but the wider corporate ecosystem.
The biggest challenge in workplace wellness is participation. The JUMP Wellness Carnival is designed around one principle: create experiences ABCL employees actively choose to participate in. By making wellbeing interactive, educational and enjoyable, the initiative moves from obligation to enthusiasm — from attendance to genuine participation.
Organisations increasingly compete for talent. Prospective and existing ABCL employees evaluate culture, development opportunities and wellbeing. A visible commitment to employee wellbeing strengthens the ABCL employee value proposition by demonstrating that health, resilience and quality of life are recognised as important elements of the workplace experience.
If successful within ABCL, the platform can evolve into a structured annual programme incorporating quarterly activations, executive health initiatives, women's and men's health programmes, mental wellbeing campaigns, longevity education, digital health challenges, preventive diagnostic programmes and family wellbeing initiatives — each contributing to a long-term culture where wellbeing becomes part of everyday ABCL life.
Through digital engagement, participation data and ABCL employee feedback, the initiative can provide leadership with measurable indicators: registration and attendance, engagement, experience utilisation, satisfaction, feedback trends, interest in future programmes and wellness education outcomes. This enables continuous improvement while demonstrating the impact of ABCL's investment in employee wellbeing.
At JUMP, we believe transformative ideas require visionary partners. ABCL combines the scale, leadership, culture and commitment necessary to pioneer a new model of workplace wellbeing — one that can serve as a blueprint for the wider Aditya Birla Group. Together, we have the opportunity to build a platform that inspires healthier lifestyles, strengthens ABCL culture and establishes a new benchmark for corporate wellbeing.
Creates the experience
Immersive, science-led wellness activations — recovery, movement, nutrition, longevity and education.
Provides the clinical foundation
40+ years of diagnostic excellence — preventive screening, precision medicine and genetics.
Connects, measures & scales
The digital employee journey — bookings, notifications, on-ground redemption, content and analytics.
Together they create a full employee journey — awareness → assessment → participation → prevention → long-term engagement.
JUMP was created around a simple belief — wellness should become a way of life, not a response to illness. The objective is not only to improve wellbeing for a day, but to inspire healthier habits that continue long after the event has concluded.
People change behaviour when they experience something meaningful — not when they attend a lecture. Every activation is immersive, faculty-led and designed for participation over passive learning.
Recovery science, preventive healthcare, movement, nutrition, longevity and education woven into one journey — reflecting the realities of modern working life.
Inspired by the work of Prof. Dr. Ivo Buschmann of Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, adapting evidence-informed global practice for Indian workplaces.
The premium in-house diagnostic partner within the Group — combining advanced laboratory medicine with preventive, predictive and personalised healthcare. The clinical foundation on which the JUMP ecosystem is built.
Together, JUMP and SJM-Unipath move employees seamlessly from awareness to action — assessments, expert consultations, preventive screening and advanced diagnostics, all within one continuous journey.
